Step 1:

Cut out butterfly wings (Printable template below)…

If using a cricut machine, scale size to 4" wide

Step 2:

Decorate the wings any way you like.

You can add rhinestone stickers for some bling.

Step 3:

Twist a pipe cleaner a few times around the tip of a pencil.

Then twist the remainder around a marker.

It should look like this

Step 4:

Glue pom pom, googly eyes, wings, and antennas (as shown)

Step 5:

Place on the end of a pencil and BOBBLE, BOBBLE, BOBBLE :)
